According to the statistics collected between June 25 and July 25, 2023, a significant number of cars within the ULEZ still need to pay the ULEZ charge.
The data shows that out of the vehicles tested during this period, 54,629 were liable for the ULEZ charge, while 88,278 were not, significantly deviating from Transport for London’s (TFL) claim that “nine in 10 cars seen driving in outer London on an average day meet the Ultra Low Emission Zone standards.”
